How does the free version work?
SendLock Free gives you the customizable send delay forever, for up to 5 users per company. No credit card, no trial expiration. If your team has more than 5 users or you want AI mistake detection, upgrade to Pro.
When does SendLock AI launch?
SendLock AI is launching Q2 2026. If you sign up for Pro now, you lock in founders pricing and get AI included in your plan the day it ships. Until then, your Pro plan gives you the customizable send delay for your full team with priority support.
How does AI email pricing work after launch?
Every Pro seat includes 300 AI-analyzed emails per month, pooled across your team. A 10-person team gets 3,000 emails of AI analysis per month combined. If you exceed your pool, additional emails are 2¢ each. You'll get a notification at 80% of your pool so there are no surprises.
What counts as an AI email?
Any email that SendLock AI analyzes for potential mistakes before sending. Drafts you don't send don't count. Only sent emails that ran through AI analysis count toward your pool.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. Annual plans are covered by our money-back guarantee within the first 30 days.
Is SendLock secure?
Yes. SendLock is CASA Tier 2 Security Certified, passing Google's Computed Attack Surface Analysis on the first attempt. SendLock does not read or store the content of your emails.
What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
